Johanna Koenig Psychotherapy

You Don’t Have to Carry This Alone

You’ve been holding so much for so long, and beneath the surface, it feels heavy-stress, overwhelm, or disconnection that won’t quite let up.

Maybe your relationships feel strained, or you’re stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. You want relief, clarity, and a way back to yourself.

I help people move beyond survival mode and into meaningful healing. Through trauma‑informed, mind‑body therapy, you’ll have a safe space to slow down, understand what’s happening inside you, and gently reconnect with your inner strength and resilience.

You deserve to feel grounded, whole, and supported.

Your healing can start here.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if i don’t have severe symptoms?

Trauma can show up in many ways, like anxiety, relationship challenges, people‑pleasing, emotional numbness, chronic stress, or feeling disconnected from yourself. You don’t need things to feel severe to benefit from support. Therapy can help whenever something inside you feels unsettled or in need of care.

Will You Judge me?

Many people feel unsure about opening up, and you’re not alone in that. I hold your story with steadiness, compassion, and genuine curiosity—never judgment. You deserve a space where your experiences are met gently, with understanding, and at a pace that feels safe to you.

I don’t have trauma, but I’m still struggling. Can therapy help me?

Many people aren’t sure whether what they’ve been through “counts” as trauma, and that uncertainty is completely normal. If you’re noticing patterns that feel hard, emotions that don’t make sense, or a general sense of being stuck, therapy can absolutely help.

Do you accept insurance?

To maintain the highest level of confidentiality for our clients, our practice operates on a private‑pay basis. We have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network (OON) benefits to save money on therapy.
